* Formulate and execute strategic business plans * Cultivate a network or potential clients and identify, assess, and prioritize partnerships * Develop and implement roadmap for future technologies, strategic initiatives, and sales growth * Secure joint ventures and strategic commercial partnerships to drive topline sales * identify and pursue new business opportunities by exploring new molecule prospects with both current and new clients * Oversee the design, manufacturing and marketing strategies for product promotion * Communicate effectively * Strong leadership skills * Attend 5-8 conferences and trade shows annually to secure partnership and growth opportunities * Manage all aspects of key customer engagement * Develop and manage pricing strategies to maximize value for products and capabilities * Achieve or exceed revenue goals by monitoring key metrics, communicating progress, and implementing improvement actions as needed * Embrace 6S LEAN culture, and maintain a professional appearance Job Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Engineering * Strong project leadership experience with success in managing multiple projects and P&Ls * Operate in compliance with FDA 21 CFR211 regulations * DEA experience handling schedule II-IV is a plus * 5+ years BD, Product Management or Commercial operations in a pharmaceutical or drug delivery business * Transdermal and oral thin film applications strongly preferred * Understanding of the pharmaceutical sector and competitive landscape * Good analytical skills * Evaluative judgement based on the analysis of factual and qualitative information * Developed communication and diplomatic skills * Must have pharmaceutical experience * Small molecules experience is preferred * Previous work in a CDMO environment required * Ability tot ravel ~15% of the time (sometimes internationally)
