Job Description:

Position Purpose: DCG's Product Solutions team is in search of a Product Manager. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with DCG's technology group to interpret and ensure a clear understanding of data insights and business needs in supporting and developing DCG's 360 suite of software solutions licensed to the banking industry. This position will work closely with other Product Managers and cross-functional teams in support of data science, design/user experience, and support. This candidate will work in DCG's Agile environment and continuously review and prioritize the detailed 360 backlogs, outline technology milestones, and help identify development risks. In addition, this candidate will create wireframes, prototypes, and user stories with best-practice design thinking to communicate ideas to internal and external stakeholders. This individual may also participate in client presentations and additional consultative services as needed. This candidate should have an understanding of balance sheet risk management, banking, and, preferably, DCG's 360 solutions. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and interpersonal skills, individual initiative, personal accountability, attention to detail, and a keen interest in design thinking. Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and maintain detailed sprint 360 backlog
  • Translate roadmap features into well-defined product requirements
  • Assist in the testing and application of features
  • Create wireframes and support best-in-class UX and UI design
  • Proactive communication with stakeholders on key dependencies and deadlines
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, or engineering
  • Strong intellectual curiosity
  • 5 plus years of related balance sheet management experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and effectively
  • Ability to communicate with clients and colleagues of all levels in order to effectively present information
  • Strong organizational skills
