Job Role: Product manager Remote position Qualifications: • 3+ years of product management experience; prior experience in fintech or consumer lending is a plus. • Outstanding written and verbal communication with a diverse stakeholder audience. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple locations and time. • Zones to drive consensus in cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with a highly regulated industry. • Fluency with agile methodology, product management tools, SQL, Excel, web analytics and AB. • Fluency with testing software and its processes. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a technical disciple (engineering, developer, architect dev, economics, finance, etc.) • A can-do attitude! Responsibilities • Bring your expertise to help us deliver a best-in-class consumer lending platform for our customers. • Embed yourself with one of our products teams to become a subject matter expert in our customers and value proposition. • Own and execute on a range of initiatives that will help us continue our rapid growth in 2023 and beyond. • Connect with our customers or stakeholders to identify their problems and build a great solution to solve them. • Partner with engineering, design, and QA to deliver solutions that enable the business to hit our goals. • Creating KPIs to show the status of the product. • Work cross functionally to ensure our product plan prioritizes initiatives that have the greatest impact. • Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights coupled with a deep understanding of customers behavior to drive incremental benefits to the business.
