**Job Description:**
At Regions, the Product Manager assists in the development, execution, and tracking of marketing or business segments programs for a product or product line by collecting, analyzing, and reporting marketing and sales performance data.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Participates and provides input on promotional, marketing, and communication programs for all specified products and services as well as produce standard management reporting
+ Researches and compiles business and industry competitive data to analyze and develop tactics to achieve strategic goals
+ Prepares and/or provides support in the preparation and delivery of training and sales tools
+ Acts as a subject matter expert, point of contact, and lead of special projects pertaining to specified products and services
+ Understands industry research around customer behaviors, new product offerings, new providers, and regulatory impacts while keeping business unit and product development heads informed
+ Assists in vendor relationship management including responding and sending requests, managing risks, and ensuring compliance adherence
+ Ensures risk management throughout the life cycle of each product, ensuring proper risk controls and monitoring, and compliance with regulatory risk and operational risk
+ Develops products and enhances services to remain competitive in the marketplace while ensuring adherence to all of Regions' compliance and regulatory standard
+ May participate in new product development and provide geography support as necessary
+ May collaborate with sales teams to identify and implement sales tactics as well as partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategies
+ May recommend marketing strategies including advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans, and future product development
+ Assists with moderately complex projects

+ Bachelor's degree
+ Five (5) years of experience in product development/management, market research, or directly related experience

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Product Program Manager to oversee initiatives and performance within the deposits and payments product team ensuring they align with timelines and broader business goals. This role will assist the Head of Consumer Deposits and Payments on defining and communicating the broader strategy across the enterprise and ensuring the product team delivers on expectations.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and be able to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple initiatives. The candidate should be comfortable with ambiguous situations and be able to define and drive clarity, decisions and next steps. This candidate will work closely with partners across the organization to bring together a thorough view of the deposits and payments products and related performance.
**Key Responsibilities** :
**1. Planning and Prioritization**
- Assist in planning and prioritization efforts across the product team's initiatives.
- Ensure deliverables are met for prioritization work and drive materials for presentations.
- Manage cross-functional meeting takeaways and follow-ups, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed.
**2. Meeting Preparation and Follow-up**
- Prepare materials and provide context for cross-functional and executive meetings, including committees and business reviews.
- Organize and follow up on action items and provide guidance to team members on materials and decks.
- Refine, define and standardize presentations to align with strategic objectives and audience needs.
- Continuously improve content and topics for monthly business reviews and other key presentations.
**3. Program & Performance Management**
- Drive progress on initiatives, particularly those without direct ownership from product managers.
- Ensure timelines align with leadership expectations and help facilitate the delivery of consistent, high-quality outcomes.
- Support the execution of key team initiatives ensuring deliverables are met across the team.
- Bring together and track performance results and portfolio initiatives across the broader team
**Required Skills & Qualifications** :
- Proven project management experience with a focus on defining timelines and holding participants accountable.
- Advanced skills in Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint, with expertise in creating charts and visually compelling presentations.
- Strong storytelling ability, with attention to the strategic context of materials, and ability to turn the story into slides.
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and bring structure to ambiguous or undefined areas.
- Experience in data analysis and interpreting insights to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with the banking sector, particularly around checking accounts and money movement.
- Ability to effectively listen to meetings, capture key details, and follow up on tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable with engaging stakeholders to ensure accountability and timely completion of tasks.
