We are actively seeking a Product Manager to join our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive product development through innovation aimed at improving customer experience
  • Achieve top/bottom line revenue targets and margin goals
  • Improve brand awareness, identity, and customer engagement
  • Develop and execute on strategic marketing plans and promotional programs
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior, competitive dynamics & sales trends
  • Drive new business opportunities across all channels
  • Define market entry strategy for new products
  • Develop product pricing strategies
  • Coordinate, inspire, train and drive a diverse set of stakeholders towards a common goal

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Sales or Marketing, MBA with clinical background/engineering skills highly desired
  • 2-5 years product marketing experience in distribution to B2B markets or medical device strongly preferred
  • Experience creating & executing integrated cross team and channel marketing plans required (Field sales, ecommerce, catalog sales, inside sales)
  • Understanding of the US Healthcare market and familiarity with contracting and pricing preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to >10 lbs.
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly.
