Product Manager
Location: Greenwood Village, CO
Onsite Requirement: Onsite 4 days a week, 1 day work from home

What Were Looking For:
- Experience: 6+ years of experience as an Enterprise Product Manager
- Stakeholder Management: Effective at managing stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with business needs, and capable of translating complex data findings into actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to convey project status, manage expectations, and address concerns or changes in scope.
- IT Expertise: Advanced understanding of IT technologies, with experience in performing complex release management tasks within a Fortune 500 company.
- Independent & Motivated: Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and highly focused to deliver timely results and positively influence outcomes.
- Team Player: A critical thinker who thrives in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the development and release of new features and products.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and new features.
- Project Management: Oversee the product development process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and release notes.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve product-related issues and challenges as they arise.
