The Product Manager will be responsible for the vertical management of a product portfolio, its brands and the management process associated with product development, product launches and product life cycle management. The individual will also have oversight of the stage gate process and will be responsible for regular leadership and gate transition reviews. As a key member of the Americas division, the Product Manager will be working directly with our regional facilities while also working with our global development and product teams to coordinate and integrate global products and technologies into the Armacell America's portfolio.What Armacell can offer you

Job Responsibilities
  • Be a leading contributor working regionally and globally to make enhancements and additions to expand the targeted product offering
  • Development, creation and management of advanced stage-gate process for new and existing product, meeting the basic criteria including the following: market research, product requirements, product specifications, product packaging requirements and product costing
  • Evaluate existing products for improvements and extensions based on the voice of customer and identified market specific needs or shifts
  • Assist and collaborate with internal teams to evaluate each market/brand and drive initiatives to deliver product volume growth and margin improvement
  • Ensure accurate and complete product information master data within PIM and ERP (SAP) system
  • Regularly interact with field sales team to keep voice of customer at the forefront of product development and portfolio evolution
  • Key contributor within the Marketing Department
Job Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferred Engineering, Marketing, or Product Management
  • Minimum 3-7 years experience in the foam or building materials industry
  • Operational and/or specific product development experience
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong technical affinity, ability to identify and communicate technical functional requirements and performance characteristics.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to all levels within organizations.
  • Results oriented highly motivated team player with a strong desire to work with counterparts from different divisions to promote and grow sales globally.
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally around 25%.
  • Ability to excel in a cross-cultural, global team environment.
  • Possesses professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can work independently and multi-task in faced paced environment.
  • Understanding of polymer chemistries a benefit.
  • Proven experience in creating technical solutions with end users.
Posting DatesNovember 6, 2024 - November 20, 2024The expected compensation range for this role is $90,000.00 -$110,000.00.The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience, and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
