Overview:

Product Manager Monday - Friday Remote (Travel once every 2 Month required)

The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing our product to ensure seamless user

experiences, increased user engagement, and retention, particularly within the multifamily housing sector. The primary focus will

be on streamlining user interactions, reducing friction, and enhancing accessibility to our platform through intuitive and efficient

one-tap functionalities.

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap Development:

    • Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to define product vision and strategy in multifamily housing marketing.
  • User Research and Insights:

    • Conduct user research, usability studies, and analyze feedback within the multifamily housing sector to understand user behaviors, pain points, and preferences.
  • Feature Prioritization and Development:

    • Prioritize features based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
    • Work with engineering and design to translate requirements into user stories, prototypes, and feature specs for multifamily marketing.
  • User Experience Optimization:

    • Continuously improve the user experience, focusing on seamless, intuitive interactions across all product touchpoints in multifamily marketing workflows.
    • Conduct A/B testing, user trials, and usability studies to validate hypotheses and inform product improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Promote strong collaboration and communication across teams to align on product goals, timelines, and priorities within multifamily marketing.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analytics:

    • Define key metrics and success criteria to assess the impact of product initiatives in multifamily housing.
    • Monitor product performance, analyzing data and user feedback to identify optimization opportunities.

What we're looking for:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Marketing, Business or equivalent; and 3-5 years business-to-business sales & prospecting experience
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a product manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully launching & optimizing consumer-facing products in the multifamily housing or real estate marketing domain.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights & strategic recommendations within the multifamily housing sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional team and influence stakeholders at all levels, particularly in multifamily marketing contexts.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, UX best practices, and mobile app development methodologies within the multifamily housing industry.
  • Experience with Software Lifecycle tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com etc.

Salary Range: 70,053.88 to 84,064.66
