We play to win, and we are all-in together.We were recognized as one of Glassdoor's Best Places to Work  .ResponsibilitiesLaunch product initiatives with high confidence through mitigating risks and executing go-to-market plans with all relevant stakeholdersUnderstand our users and stakeholders needs, base decisions on data, not personal opinionsInfluence the product strategy, design solutions, and engineering decisions to best accomplish the intended outcomeBe the subject matter expert for your product and its customersDevelop detailed written requirements with acceptance criteria and negotiate trade-offs with engineering and design teamsWork in coordination with engineering team to execute, deliver, and meet the release/sprint goalsUnderstand the competitive landscape - prescribe user research and competitive analysis to help support and frame our initiativesKey role in the monitoring and analysis of business performance, including financial analysis and tracking the trends in the businessManaging the weekly/monthly reporting decks and any other ad hoc reporting requirements & presenting to other areas of the company along with the senior leadership teamSupport the planning and forecasting activities of the business, including developing the data and analysis to support financial model assumptionsEssential FunctionsMust be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of timeQualificationsMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in a digital product management roleKnowledgeable around digital payments, fraud and riskExcellent data analysis, modelling and forecasting skills - with the ability to quickly identify key business trends and feed this into forecasting models and/or actionable insights.Very strong excel skills and solid business intelligence and data experienceHighly analytical and comfortable using a variety of reporting systems and toolsMust have a collaborative working style with the ability to build partnerships cross functionally, effectively influence and develop and implement business process improvements in the planning, reporting and revenue management area.Experience creating and maintaining product roadmapsDemonstrate knowledge of the product development lifecycle and has a track record of delivering meaningful product and feature improvementsAble to manage multiple priorities and accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlineWillingness to travel occasionally domestically and/or internationallyThe annual salary range for this position is $102,080 to $140,360. Factors which may affect the starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.Gaming Compliance & Licensing RequirementsAs an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment.
