As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, including market research, competitive analysis, product planning, positioning, roadmap development, and managing product launch activities.

As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, including market research, competitive analysis, product planning, positioning, roadmap development, and managing product launch activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the product lifecycle processes for our product range, which involves conducting market research, analyzing competitors, planning the product features, determining its position in the market, and creating a roadmap for future development.
* Participation in the creation of product strategy and implementation of innovative solutions.
* Obtaining a deep understanding of our customers and the competitive landscape, leveraging this knowledge to expedite product development iterations.
* Collaborating closely with various teams such as engineering, production, marketing, and sales throughout the product development cycle, ensuring alignment of priorities and efficient resource allocation for overall success.
* Developing and maintaining comprehensive product documentation, covering all stages from initial design to post-launch evaluation.
* Making data-driven decisions, drawing insights, and analysis to deliver value for our users and company.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or related roles.
* Minimum 4 years of experience working in an international environment in software development.
* Expertise in creating and executing go-to-market strategies, including market research, positioning, pricing, and launch plans.
* Direct involvement in bringing new products to market, ensuring scalability and competitive positioning.
* Ability to understand market needs and translate them into product features that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
* Strong understanding of software development and web technologies.
* Demonstrated experience overseeing all aspects of the product development lifecycle.
* Experience in product development utilizing real KPIs and outcomes that contributed to the success of the product.
* Very good organizational and time management abilities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Creative thinking with a clear vision.
* Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
* Strong communication and presentation skills - verbal and visual.
A plus if you have:
* Experience in mobile application development.
* Experience with Logistics, Fleet, GPS navigation, TMS or related road transport technology products.
