Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid Schedule)

We are seeking a SaaS Product Manager focused on Retail Media for one of our startup AI SaaS clients. The ideal candidate would also speak Mandarin at a Business level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the product roadmap to align with organizational objectives and client needs.
  • Work closely with teams across engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless product development and launches.
  • Perform market research and analyze competitors to uncover opportunities for feature enhancements and new product offerings.
  • Collect and prioritize product requirements, producing detailed specifications and user stories.
  • Track and assess product performance metrics, using data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Represent the customer perspective to ensure a positive and intuitive user experience.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from conception through retirement, including ongoing support and refinements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is a bonus.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Mandarin
  • 2-5 years of experience in product management, ideally in a SaaS-focused role.
  • Demonstrated success managing all phases of a product's lifecycle.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks and experience collaborating with Scrum teams.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration across technical and non-technical groups.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency with product management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
  • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices.
