Position Overview
As Product Manager/Director, you will lead the product vision and strategy for our suite of AI services and research, working closely with engineering teams and sales to deliver cutting-edge solutions in speech technology, language models, and conversational AI. You'll be responsible for shaping the roadmap of our core products while ensuring market fit and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategy for our AI service portfolio, including streamed ASR services, speech-to-text translation, and multi-modal conversational AI solutions.
- Lead the product roadmap development for real-time and offline AI services (transcription, translation, summarization) with clear prioritization and delivery timelines.
- Drive technical product decisions for custom LLM deployments, on-device solutions, and cloud infrastructure integrations across multiple providers (Google Cloud, Azure).
- Analyze market opportunities and competitive landscape to position our VoiceBot and Stream2Action solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure scalable architecture for high-traffic deployments.
- Work directly with enterprise clients to understand their needs and translate them into product features and improvements.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with technology providers and system integrators
- Define and implement pricing strategies for different service tiers and deployment options
- Create detailed product specifications and requirements documents for engineering teams
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across engineering, sales, and executive teams
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases
- Manage and grow the product team, including hiring and mentoring product managers
- Own the product lifecycle from conception through launch and subsequent iterations
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including API specifications and integration guides
Essential Skills
- Deep understanding of multi-modal signal understanding and recognition technologies, including ASR architectures, acoustic models, and language models
- Proven experience with LLM deployment strategies, including model fine-tuning, scaling, and optimization
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems architecture for AI services
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical and business problems and develop effective solutions
- Experience with real-time streaming systems and understanding of latency/performance optimization
- Proven track record of successful enterprise product launches and scaling strategies
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to make data-driven product decisions
- Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership
- Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with API product development and developer platform strategies
- Understanding of ML model deployment workflows and MLOps practices
- Knowledge of voice bot architectures and conversational AI design principles
- Familiarity with enterprise security requirements and compliance standards
- Experience with agile development methodologies and product development processes
- Strong presentation skills for executive-level communications and customer presentations
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in AI/ML products
- Proven track record of launching and scaling enterprise AI solutions
- Deep understanding of speech technologies, language models, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with API products and developer platforms
- Strong technical background with ability to understand complex ML architectures
- MBA or equivalent experience in technology product management
