About the Role

We are seeking an experienced product leader with a track record of building world-class products. As the Product Manager - Newsletter, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution across the team. You will work with design and engineering partners to build the largest local News Newsletter in the US and bring it to the next level.

Responsibilities

* Own the roadmap of NewsBreak Newsletter product, the largest local News newsletter in the US. Continue to drive the growth of the product and increase values for users.

* Define and build the proper measurement of revenue and user experience, drive the effort to improve the overall ad revenue and user experience on Newsletter Ads

* Drive integration work with different partners from a technical perspective, including event tracking, user data matching, reporting, etc. Drive new features to empower partners and improve ops efficiency

* Collaborate closely with the NewsBreak App product team to build a unified user experience

* Design and launch innovative products that provide unique value to our subscribers and advertisers by leveraging NewsBreak's first-party data and unique user engagement

* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the global NL advertising market and the needs of advertisers

* Collaborate closely with Sales, Ad Ops, Core Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to drive product implementation

Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in product management or an equivalent role

* Experience in newsletter product management

* Strong analytical skills and ability to execute complex product launches

* Ability to act decisively in the face of ambiguity

* User-focused. Skilled at developing high quality product strategies & roadmaps

* Strong sense of logic and critical thinking skills; data-driven approach to problem-solving

* Strong sense of internet/technical products and curiosity for innovation

Preferred Qualities

* Experience working on content sourcing, content generation/summarization

* Experience working on other email products like email automation, email marketing, etc.

* Experience working on Advertising/Monetization, basic knowledge about Ad rendering, serving, tracking, etc.

* MBA and/or post graduate engineering/science degree

* Entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record of leading through influence and delivering results in a fast-moving environment

The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. Pay may vary based on a number of factors including job-related skills, level, experience, geographic location and relevant education or training. At NewsBreak, we design our overall rewards package to attract top talents. Depending on the position, the role may also be eligible for discretionary bonus and options. Annual Base Pay Range

$125,000-$155,000 USD
