Job Description
The Product Manager for our Buildings & Parking division will oversee the management and marketing of Wall Coatings and Joint Sealants within the Commercial Construction sector. This role focuses on driving sustainable growth through effective product range management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading demand creation across marketing channels, including sales teams, social media, webinars, and training programs.
* Managing innovation projects, coordinating meetings, and ensuring clear documentation and communication with the Leadership Team.
* Conducting market research to assess product markets and track Sika's market share, developing strategic plans in collaboration with business management.
* Ensuring accuracy of product literature and overseeing product packaging and labeling.
* Addressing quality complaints and resolving product claims with strong communication and negotiation skills, while promoting continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* A Bachelor's degree in Business or a Technical field of study is preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technical Marketing or Sales role.
* Sales experience is highly desirable.
* At least 2 years of site/field work in construction is a plus.
* Strong communication skills are essential.
* Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
