Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
Management of information for CARVART branded products, pocket products and industry standard products - used in CARVART solutions.
Managing: collection, storage, publishing of product information for internal users: Sales, Estimating, Project Managers, Purchasing and external users: Designers, Architects, Engineers, Sales Reps, sub-contractor/installers.
Coordination and documentation of initial vendor relationship including vetting, quality control review, vendor agreement, account setup and internal capabilities introduction.
Establishing and maintaining connection of departments at CARVART and vendor to coordinate marketing-through-project activities.
Coordination of CARVART Sustainability efforts with vendors and externally, collecting and publishing EPDs, HPDs and project related documentation.
Interface with Marketing to create presentation of products and overall offerings programs in brochures, website, product information sheets, CSI formatted 3-part specification documents.
Coordinate any necessary performance testing and publish results: fire-rating, STC, Sustainability and other product related requirements with testing agencies and vendors.
Development of budgeting and pricing information for published products and establishment of pricing process for project related inquiries.
Related Responsibilities:
Documentation and organization of detailed and summary level views of CARVART capabilities including coding, sample production and maintenance, supporting showroom, sales and rep mockups and sample presentation.
Maintenance of information for all additions and deletions of CARVART product offerings in all published locations
Interface with Marketing team to support sales and clients with product information in industry standard formats
Professional abilities/requirements:
Good organization and communication skills
Capabilities with Data Management, Spreadsheets, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Smart SHeets
Skilled use of TEAMS for meetings and internal communications
AutoCad and InDesign
Ability to travel to suppliers
Personal experience in manufacturing, and/or product manufacturing
Knowledge of materials, specifically glass, metal and wood
Flexible hours to interface with vendors in varying time zones
Good team player
CSI - CDT Certification preferred
