Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will collaborate with the team to build, develop, or design functionality for a product, as well as participate in the implementation, enhancement, or maintenance of existing products.

The Operations - Product Management - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
* Participate in activities to support oversight for existing and new products.
* Assist the team with the implementation process for new products.
* Identify opportunities for product improvements and provide feedback to senior team members.
* Collaborate with the team on ongoing maintenance of the product lifecycle.
* Assist the team in ensuring product strategy is in alignment with business objectives.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Desired Experiences
* Bachelor degree or equivalent
* Prior Single-Family mortgage industry experience
* Experience supporting internal products
* Experience supporting internal and external stakeholders
Skills
* Ability to frame ideas as systems and understand the relationship between inputs, outputs, and transformation
* Ability to analyze data to identify trends or relationships to provide business insights
* Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel and SQL
* Skilled in working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal.
* Stakeholder management skills
* Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
* Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing products.
* Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
* Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
* Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.
Tools
* Skilled in SQL
* Skilled in Excel
* Experience using JIRA
