Job Description:
What you'll do: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Marketing Associate Director/Director to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, create compelling product narratives and persuasive sales and marketing material, and drive customer engagement for our suite of sustainable investment products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful product launches and sustained market growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and engage clients to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Product Positioning: Craft clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our products in the market.
  • Content Creation: In conjunction with the content team you will develop a variety of marketing materials including product brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and sales presentations.
  • Campaign Management: Help identify and plan integrated marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, adoption, and retention.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with the tools and training they need to effectively sell our products, including sales decks, product demos, and competitive battle cards.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Management to ensure customer feedback is integrated into the product development process and marketing strategies.

What you'll bring to the table:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience marketing in fintech, wealth management or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing fintech software or financial products.
  • Strong understanding of sustainable investing and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for storytelling.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to build relationships across functions.

Compensation & Benefits: Compensation at Ethic is a combination of base salary, equity (stock options) in the company, and benefits. The base salary for this role will range from $160,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes;
