*2 year contract- possibility to extend or transition to direct hire. 1-2 days onsite out of the closest location to you, locations are scattered across metro detroit and mid michigan, lansing, oakland county, grand rapids, and jackson areas.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Product Marketing team at a large utility provider company. In this role, you will support the Product Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies that drive product growth and deliver world-class customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Experience Design, Sales, and other marketing functions, to ensure on-time coordination and execution of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of marketing activities, including advertising, direct marketing, sales promotions, events, sponsorships, and more.
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager and external agencies on Go-To-Market plans, Communications Plans, and Creative Messaging Concepts aligned with product goals and brand guidelines.
  • Support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns in partnership with agency teams and internal product owner groups.
  • Develop reports and presentations analyzing post-campaign results and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage marketing projects through the companys project management system, including entry, tracking, and review processes.
  • Assist with research, data requests, and gathering business information as needed.
  • Support financial processes, including invoicing and budget management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong program and project management skills with experience coordinating marketing communications and creative content.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience strongly preferred (work experience can override this). Pay depends on experience.
