THE WORK:

This is the entrepreneurial spirit that Ripple is looking for in a product marketing leader who will help build the next generation of financial products.

In this role, you'll drive Ripple's go-to-market strategy for its enterprise product suite focusing on digital asset custody and tokenization use cases.

You're an expert in enterprise product marketing and equally strong as a strategist and a doer. You have a successful track record of leading product launches with financial institutions such as banks, asset managers, and payments networks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for financial institutions. Define target customers, use cases, and geographic markets for Ripple's institutional product suite.
  • Develop compelling positioning and messaging tailored to target customers.
  • Own account targeting strategies to build pipeline and the sales cycle.
  • Deeply understand the buyer journey. Develop compelling sales enablement collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, webinars, and website content.
  • Develop and lead successful product launches and campaigns.
  • Build a trusted network of leaders in financial institutions to accelerate blockchain adoption.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • 10+ years of experience in product, product marketing, business development, with a strong emphasis on enterprise marketing to large institutions.
  • Proven track record to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding communications skills in simplifying complex concepts into compelling messaging and differentiated positioning.
  • Strong writing skills to develop engaging story angles for effective communication.
