We're currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager for a major American e-commerce company based in Brooklyn, NY. This hybrid role (1-2 days onsite per week) offers an exciting opportunity to shape go-to-market strategies and drive customer engagement for an innovative brand selling vintage items, jewelry, apparel, and home décor.

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to driving customer growth and loyalty by developing impactful product marketing strategies. You'll be responsible for creating go-to-market plans, enhancing product engagement, and collaborating across teams to deliver successful marketing initiatives. This is a 12+ month opportunity with the chance to make a significant impact at a well-known e-commerce brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of consumer product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement of features that help buyers connect with the right products and sellers.
  • Own the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Design, Brand, and Analytics.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and leverage user insights to create targeted marketing plans and define buyer personas.
  • Partner with Channel Owners and Marketing Teams to develop on-site and off-site marketing campaigns.
  • Set clear, measurable marketing goals and track progress to ensure the success of campaigns and product initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 4+ years of experience in consumer product marketing.
  • Strong experience in quantitative and qualitative user research methods, as well as growth marketing tactics that simplify complex concepts into effective marketing.
  • Proven ability to drive growth and deliver results through product marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience influencing cross-functional teams and maintaining strong working relationships.
  • SQL proficiency is preferred, but not required.
