Job mission The Product Marketing Manager, Jewelry, is responsible for supporting the Jewelry Marketing Director, actively participating in the development and implementation of the North America Marketing 360° strategy and coordinating all operational aspects.
Product Strategy & 360° Project Management Short- & long-term Business plan

- Support the Marketing Director in defining the Jewelry Action Plan for North America by developing 360• strategic recommendations.
- Participate in the definition of the sales objectives by product lines.
- Define & implement launch plans & action plans and partner with key cross-functional stakeholders (Communications, Learning & Development, Commercial, Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, etc.) to reach qualitative and quantitative objectives.
- Communicate marketing brief & collaborate with a large cross-functional team (local & HQ) to ensure action plan implementation and success.
Market intelligence & client understanding

- Monitor and report on market trends and competition activities (new product launches, existing lines performance, prices, communication, client service, etc.).
- Identify and recommend opportunities for enhancing Cartier's services and product offer including potential product development for the North American market.
Operational Product Management Manage Jewelry category's performance

- Analyze sales and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports including clear actions to reach the commercial objectives.
- Define and update sales forecasts and assortments for novelties and in-range products.
- Be the go-to resource and reference for boutiques and other internal departments.
Operational execution

- Execute & follow-up product launches plan, action plans, test and learn initiatives etc.
- Develop effective sales tools to support the Commercial teams: Product launch plan, product news, event briefing packets, selling arguments, training materials and any other initiatives to help drive sales.
- Support in soliciting qualitative feedback from the Commercial teams when needed.
- Manage and reply to all network / HQ requests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred
- At least 5 years of industry experience (Product Marketing/Category Management)
- Previous experience in the luxury jewelry industry is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize based on business objectives
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) as well as PowerBI

Expected base salary range: $95,000-$110,000. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
