We started with the Solo 401k for self employed business owners and continued on that momentum to build financial products, unlocking tax efficient investments in multiple asset types.About the Role:We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who's ready to dive deep and really get to know our product and use cases inside and out. You'll become a Carry expert, using your knowledge to craft content that not only helps current customers get the most out of our platform but also drives new customer adoption.You'll be responsible for developing world-class positioning and messaging that is translated into marketing materials and in-app product content with the goal of showing them the full value of Carry. If you love writing, simplifying complex ideas, and love learning about the world of personal finance, we want you on our team!What You'll Do:
- Become a Carry expert-understanding our personas, use cases, and product inside and out-so you can create clear, compelling content that speaks to potential customers and helps them decide to purchase.
- Develop world-class positioning and messaging rooted deeply in customer feedback and competitive differentiation
- Support 0-1 motions in new initiatives, including but not limited to market research, planning and strategy, and go-to-market launches in collaboration with the Marketing and Product teams
- Own partner marketing to foster high-impact relationships and and drive engagement across marketing channels
- Write in-app messages and emails that guide users through their Carry journey, helping both new customers and long-time users get the most out of our platform.
- Develop product marketing materials like blog posts, how-tos, and feature updates that not only inform current users but also attract and engage new customers.
- Create and implement strategies to drive new customer adoption, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce churn.
- Make sure our brand voice is consistent, relatable, and clear across all content and communications.
Who You Are:
- You've got 5+ years of experience in product marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
- You're an excellent writer who can take complicated topics and explain them in a simple, friendly way.
- You're excited to dig into our product, become an expert, and use that knowledge to create compelling content that drives adoption and new customer growth.
- You've worked on in-app content or have experience improving customer experiences through content.
- You understand customer journeys and know how to create content that keeps people engaged and reduces churn.
- You're organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple projects at once.
- Bonus points if you've worked in Fintech or SaaS before!
