Job Description: Hanwha Vision America (HVA) has an exciting opportunity for a talented and dynamic Product Marketing Manager (Software and Solutions) to drive the success of Hanwha's product introduction plan. You will be responsible for launching new products and solutions including the management of all related activities; digital communication, social media, asset development, content creation, brochures, sales guides, advertisements, web pages, videos, press releases and various other content. Our ideal candidate is a well-rounded product and marketing professional with a keen understanding of the latest technology trends in the video surveillance industry and adjacent markets. You will collaborate with internal sales, business development and product management teams to successfully launch HVA's new products and solutions. You will participate in industry events, speak to the media and be Hanwha Vision's brand ambassador. This is an evolving position with the ability to mold it and make it your own. This is a highly visible position that requires superb relationship and communication skills, strong attention to detail and conviction in communications approach. Knowledge of the physical security industry is a plus. Incumbent will report to the Senior Director of Marketing and will collaborate across the organization to ensure projects, timelines and priorities are met. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of Hanwha's product and solution introduction plan. Effectively manage key marketing activities and achieve key milestones while strictly adhering to the launch schedule.
- A proven track record in successfully launching solutions and software-based products in a B2C or B2B company.
- Engage with key stakeholders including customers and internal teams (sales, marketing, technical support) to understand and enhance product positioning and value.
- Collaborate throughout the product lifecycle and collaborate with teams from strategy and planning to QA and post launch activities, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Be adaptable and committed to take on any role necessary to guide software and solution introductions from concept to successful launch.
- Develop product value proposition based on features and attributes and competitive market analysis while translating features and technology into meaningful customer benefits.
- Work closely with HVA product management team to provide consultative expertise and insight based on customer, competitor and market expertise.
- Develop and create strategic messaging framework and collateral to support field salespeople.
- Work with internal and external partners to create and manage the development of required assets across the buyer journey, product launch package, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, sales guides, case studies, website content, video, digital assets, etc.
- Act as the evangelist, thought leader, technology expert, advocate and brand ambassador for Hanwha products, solutions and services.
- Identify, track and measure KPI's to understand the impact of our go-to-market plans and strategies.
- Travel up to 20%.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in product management/product marketing capacity for an electronics, technology or related industry.
- A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a technical field or related discipline. MBA a plus.
- Knowledge, understanding and affinity for emerging technologies (e.g. AI and cloud).
- Passion, dedication, enthusiasm, creativity, extreme attention to detail and intelligence.
- Knows how to maintain calm and composed under pressure and in the face of disappointment and adversity.
- Experience collaborating with and managing 3rd party marketing and communications agencies.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously while being able to consistently set and meet deadlines.
- Exude confidence and strength under pressure and excels at time management and organization.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Keen understanding and constant awareness of how the company's events, product plans and communications strategy map to the overarching corporate goals and mission.
