Job SummaryThe Product Marketing Manager is responsible for execution of identified marketing strategies, including brand development, segment marketing and promotional programs across multiple verticals, social media, public relations, targeted email campaigns and trade show support. Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics; utilize data analytics to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
  • In-depth understanding of the features, benefits, and applications of the assigned product or product line.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising tam to maximize the coop programs with all vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and enhance existing ones.
  • Create compelling product messaging and positioning for different target audiences.
  • Manage product launches, promotions, and go-to-market plans.
  • Continuously strive to refine marketing processes to be more productive and efficient.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape related to the product.
  • Develop and establish ownership of internal communications and company branding.
  • Maintain open, efficient communication between various departments on new and existing product development and web marketing.
  • Coordinates web needs for Big Rock Shows.
  • Works with VP of Merchandising and Director of Corporate Events for Nashville show needs (this is required travel).
QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field
  • Previous experience in a product specialist role particularly in fishing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
