Heretto is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead product positioning, create impactful content, and collaborate closely with sales teams to develop tools that drive customer engagement and sales success. Responsibilities Product Positioning, Messaging, and Launches
- Be the liaison between the product team and the GTM team
- Become a knowledgeable Heretto expert
- Develop clear product positioning
- Ensure website messaging leads to better conversions
- Lead monthly newsletters for prospects and customers
- Create messaging frameworks with customer personas
- Conduct market research, competitor monitoring, and analyze customer feedback
- Update messaging based on market trends
- Lead product launch planning
Product Content Development
- Develop product content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, webinars, etc)
- Update prospect-facing product documentation
- Help attain, prepare, and execute speaking sessions for themselves and others within the team
Sales Enablement
- Create sales collateral like slide decks, business cases templates, evaluation guides, product overviews, battlecards, etc. in order to help the sales team improve their conversion rates and close more business
- Train sales team on Heretto basics, new launches, etc
- Manage customer advocates to create testimonials, case studies, and referrals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience in a product marketing role, preferably in B2B SaaS
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical writing or documentation role
- Proficiency with technical writing industry, specifically within the CCMS landscape and DITA
- Understanding of basic GTM tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, webinar platforms, slack, etc.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with prospects and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to achieve results
