When you partner with Quill, as a customer or as an associate, every workday is more rewarding.Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for web analytics based on organizational needs and business goals.Collaborate with teams such as Engineering, Marketing, and eCommerce to develop and deliver web analytics products and features.Ensure proper tagging of eCommerce features for data collection and analysis, and manage tagging engineers.Oversee the setup, configuration, and monitoring of web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.Utilize web analytics tools to collect and analyze data related to user behaviors, traffic acquisition, website performance, and conversion metrics.Present product plans, roadmaps, and performance metrics to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.Support product adoption by creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing guidance to internal teams and customers.Continuously evaluate and iterate on web analytics products and features based on user feedback, market dynamics, and evolving business needs.Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and practices in web analytics products and the broader digital marketing landscape.Innovative thinking and ability to develop new ideas for marketing data analysis and strategy.Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Technical expertise in site tags, tracking pixels, and web tracking mechanisms.Experience with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics for eCommerce features.Proven project management skills for handling complex projects with multiple stakeholders.Knowledge of data collection best practices, data quality standards, and data governance principles.Technical degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Product Management or equivalent required~ Minimum of 5 years of experience in advanced SQL with a strong understanding of data warehouse architecture~ 5 + years of experience of working in web tools such as google or adobe analytics.~3+ years of experience of working in a product management capacity or similar function, engaging with engineers and data professional~Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experienceCertified in Adobe Analytics & Google AnalyticsFamiliarity with AB testing processes and methodologiesFlexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays)Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!At Staples, “inclusion” is an action word.
