You will work in close collaboration with Product Leaders, Business Units, and cross functional teams at all levels and contribute to the success of Product Management by optimising processes, managing resources, and ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality products and services. You will report to our SVP, Product Operations, who is in our New York, NY, office.How will you contribute?Build a strong foundation of collaboration and partnership with cross-functional leaders, business units, and key stakeholders.Streamline and coordinate our go-to-market and operational readiness processes and tools in partnership with our Product Marketing and Enterprise Systems teams.Act as a trusted advisor and Partner with Product and Business Unit leaders to oversee and continuously improve our rhythms of business including weekly stand ups, quarterly business reviews, quarterly planning, and metrics reviews.Improve the way we communicate across and between Product teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of roles and responsibilities.Manage and develop toolsets and best practices that support product lifecycle management activities, such as initiative health tracking, milestone tracking, and release tracking.Define and govern best practices around goal setting to help teams improve how they determine and define ambitious goals and track their outcomes with measurable results.Monitor and report on key operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and designing and implementing initiatives to address gaps and drive continuous improvement.Recommend and work with Enablement teams to develop training programs and materials to onboard new product team members, communicate best practices and drive process improvements.Prioritize data-driven decisions to ensure the team is working towards the right goals and has the tools, frameworks, and processes required to achieve themWhat will you bring?5+ years of experience in Product Operations or similar operations roleExperience being the direct owner and driver of product planning, tracking, and release processesOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levelsExcellent leadership and persuasion skills and the ability to lead without direct authorityDeep understanding of the needs of different stakeholders in a Product organization, from executive leadership to ICsAn ability to execute on and deliver complex projects involving multiple stakeholdersProven track record of measurable process improvement and operational efficiency.Proven track record of identifying and mitigating operational risks that may impact product delivery timelines and quality. Any applicable bonus programmes will be discussed during the recruiting process. The salary for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, location, specialty, and training.
