The Opportunity:
Product operations play a critical role in the product life-cycle at BlinkRx, from ideation, to development, launch, growth and optimization. The team partners closely with product, engineering, and operations to improve the BlinkRx experience for both operators and patients. The primary function of this role is to execute and continuously improve processes leading up to a product launch, as well as evaluating user feedback on a daily basis. This domain's scope includes prescription processing workflows, internal pharmacy services, and the patient's digital experience.
This is a fully onsite role based in Robinson Township (Pittsburgh)
