Role: Product Operations Program Manager
Duration: 9-12 month contract with the potential to extend or convert permanent
Location: HYBRID - onsite 3x per week in Phoenix, AZ (desert ridge shopping area)
Pay Rate: $60-$66 per hour
Must Haves:
- 4+ years experience in an enterprise environment
- Strong O365 skillset (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong relationship management experience
- Ability to craft executive level materials/presentations
- Ability to work across different leaders and track down updates/follow up on tasks
Summary:
- Support defining and bolstering the Global Loyalty and Benefits Governance & Reporting function
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and product operations, to communicate product updates, performance metrics, and strategy to senior leadership
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive successful product launches and ongoing operations
- Identify process bottlenecks / pain points and continuously improve the ways of working across Global Loyalty & Benefits
- Create and maintain operations and process documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization
