• manage one or more components of end-to-end Advisory platforms covering both strategic and steady state support and ensure alignment to multi-year platform strategy/roadmap
• engage on functional design of new advisory platforms/programs, and enhancements to existing programs
• understand the entire Advisory lifecycle including prospecting, proposals, enrollment and maintenance, portfolio construction and portfolio management & understand Advisory solutions, including firm, advisor and client discretionary products
• strong internal IT and vendor management capabilities to drive quality deliverables and manage to aggressive timelines
• collaborate with leads across Business, Platform & Technology counterparts, building strong relationships across the firm
• proactively identify value-added solutions and then develop and implement change initiatives which move the business forward
• provide thought leadership around how to maximize the platform experience and capabilities that should be introduced

Your team

The Field and Operational Platforms team is responsible for implementing transformational strategies that provide better tools for our Financial Advisors, support professionals, and clients. You'll be joining the US Digital team in Weehawken, NJ reporting to the Digital Advisory Platforms. This team is focused on integrating the various segmented needs of the business into a strategically-focused whole through the delivery of best-in-class, customer-centric solutions. Your expertise

• ideally 2 or more years of product/platform management, wealth management and Advisory products and services experience
• bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus
• knowledgeable of Portfolio Management and Trading software (e.g. Vestmark)
• understanding of Advisory solutions, including firm, advisor and client discretionary products, end to end Advisory lifecycle; prospecting, proposals, enrollment and maintenance, portfolio construction and portfolio management, and Unified Advisory Platform / Unified Managed Account capabilities, including sub-accounting, rebalancing and surveillance
• excellent analytical, process-oriented, problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize findings
• fluency in emergent technologies and how to apply them pragmatically to different business challenges
• highly motivated with a strong work ethic and exceptional facilitation and presentation skills
• ability to manage ambiguity and bring focus with recommendations on solving tactical and strategic challenges
