Our client is seeking an experiencedProduct Ownerto help manage the analysis of new business system development and existing system improvement. This Role will report to the VP of Product. This critical role requires a passionate and detail-oriented individual with prior work experience in mortgage lending or related financial services. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about the FinTech industry. - Allocate analysis team resources and monitor deliverables to ensure client needs are met successfully and in a timely fashion.
- Builds test plans and data.
- Coordinates with other teams to identify and implement new systems to support business function at effective cost.
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
- May manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
Requirements:
- Requires a bachelor's degree.
- Extensive knowledge of mortgage processes.
- 5 years' experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
- 1 to 3 years supervisory experience.
