Position: Product Owner (10 to 13 years of experience) Location: Remote Contract Duration: 6 months on C2C (with possibility of extension)Preferred Skills: Experience in one or more of the following domains:
E-commerce: Expertise in Cart, Checkout, Fulfillment, Pricing, Delivery, Returns, Bots, and Service processes.
Order Management: Strong SAP/ERP experience, FMD mapping expertise, or familiarity with adapter architecture.
ML Algorithm/Ops: Experience in building and sustaining processes for Suggested Orders, Media Spend, Assortment Optimization, Next Best Actions, etc.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders at various levels to understand business needs, analyze and document requirements, prioritize them, and provide recommendations for solutions and implementation.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert in one or more of the following areas: E-commerce, Order Management, or Machine Learning Operations.
- Serve as a key liaison between Business, CX/UX, and Engineering teams to drive product development and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Understand and manage data mapping/transformation, solution design, process diagrams, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing, and other project documentation.
- Lead the business side of Program Increment (PI) Planning, including researching and writing Epics and Features, while serving as the central subject matter expert throughout the project lifecycle.
