Job ResponsibilitiesUnderstand Customers project dynamics:Project Schedules & ChangesTechnical specification changesOEM requests and influence on planned activitiesEnable technical clarity from Customer and/or OEMAble to clearly communicate with Customer and Tata Elxsi and make both parties understand.Must have technical and operational negotiation capability.Anticipate issues/surprises and take steps to mitigate.Ensure customer satisfaction with actions and activities that reduce burden on customer engineers and managers.Crisis Management - lead discussions in case of any issues in the project.Work for the success of both customer and Tata Elxsi.Need based travel to TE India location.Fluency in English and Japanese Languages - read, write, speak.Positive attitude to drive both customer and Tata Elxsi team in India.Knowledge of Automotive product development life cycle (HW, SW).Basic understanding of hardware, Power Electronics, AUTOSAR, MBD, Testing, HILS validation and tools used in SW development (any of them).Qualifications and Educational RequirementsBE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech from reputed Institution / University.Experience Band8 to 14 years.PositionThe position is based in Japan reporting to the Business unit in India.About CompanyThe foundation for AMM Enterprise GmbH, an ISO 9001:2015, was laid in the year 2015 by a group of senior and experienced professionals.
