Lockheed Martinvalues your skills, training and educationThe WorkThis position will be responsible for coordinatingsubordinate employee recruitment, selection andtraining, performance assessment, workassignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinaryactions. Ensures that performance and qualityproducts conform to established company andregulatory standards. Monitors thereview,analyses and report on qualitydiscrepancies related to assembly, process,mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanicalsystems. Directs investigations of problems anddevelops disposition and corrective actions forrecurring discrepancies. Oversees the interfaceswith manufacturing, engineering, customer,vendor and subcontractor representatives toensure requirements are met. Monitorsrecommendations for corrective actions,dispositions and modifications. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
