In this position, you will be responsible for helping to develop and administer Brinkley RV's Product Safety & Compliance policies within our Customer Care Division. We continually strive to innovate our approach to Product Safety. In collaboration with our internal and external industry partners, we aim to provide the most comprehensive and effective Product Safety program in the industry. We are looking for like-minded people to join our journey to be the best in the industry!Our team has 3 main goals: 1) To build owner driven RV products that excite customers so much they must have one.2) Be tireless in providing the absolute best Quality to keep our customers out of the shop and out camping. 3) When an issue does occur, we are passionate about EVERY Brinkley owner Raving about their EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE. Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our internal Customer Care teams to manage the collection and review of warranty & consumer complaint data to identify safety risks.
  • Effectively navigate internal software programs to provide efficient and accurate data sets and analysis.
  • Provide proper escalation of identified issues to minimize risk exposure and implement corrections that are timely, efficient, and effective.
  • Collaborate with additional Brinkley RV personnel as needed (Operations, Engineering, Purchasing) to implement corrective actions for any safety risks.
  • Support continuous improvement of all internal processes to ensure the best possible customer experience.
  • Support all activities related to field campaigns, including data analysis, document preparation, consumer/dealer notifications, technical support, reporting, and others.
  • Support communication to and compliance with regulatory agencies such as the United States National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and Transport Canada .
  • Help ensure the team has adequate capacity to support continued growth through the development of additional team members and/or added efficiencies.
  • Adhere to all environmental health & safety guidelines related to use of products and industrial equipment. The safety of our employees is of highest priority.
  • Be a conscientious steward of all company resources.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service.
  • Lead the team in continuous improvement opportunities to ensure cost efficiency, speed and accuracy.

RequirementsQualifications
  • Ability to deliver results through influence is a priority. This position requires extensive collaboration with multiple internal and external business partners.
  • Ability to evaluate situations objectively, without any personal bias, is critical to the team's ability to deliver 'safety first' results to our customers and the general public.
  • BA/BS Degree is highly encouraged but experience and character are the most important qualifications.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in related disciplines (product safety, data management).
  • Experience with ERP systems and basic data management programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic; able to independently own and drive projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
