Product Security Product Manager(Remote) at Humana in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to lead our Product Security and DevSecOps initiatives. In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the security and integrity of our products throughout the development lifecycle, while championing a culture of security-first thinking across our organization. Role is Eligible for EIP Avenues Program The Lead, IT Product Management works with relevant Humana stakeholders to create, prioritize, and manage product iteration backlogs. Ensures final products meet IT and Humana standards and deliver maximum value to end-users. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. + Develop and execute the product roadmap for our security tools and DevSecOps platforms + Collaborate with engineering, operations, and security teams to integrate security best practices into our development processes + Define and track key security metrics to measure the effectiveness of our application security initiatives + Stay abreast of emerging security threats and technologies, and incorporate them into our strategy + Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) + Develop and maintain relationships with key security vendors and partners + Create and deliver executive-level presentations on security strategies and initiatives + Mentor product owners and foster a security-conscious culture across the organization Use your skills to make an impact Required Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of technical experience Skilled Background in Product Security Experienced in DevSecOps/AppSec Preferred Requirements Related Security Certification(s) Candidate in EST/CST timezones Remote/WAH requirements: + WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office.
