The OpportunityModernFi is seeking a Product Solutions Specialist to bridge the gap between product, operations, and client-facing teams. In this role, you will be the go-to expert on our product's features, functionality, and operational processes, empowering teams with the knowledge and tools they need to deliver a seamless experience to our clients. You will collaborate across departments to solve challenges, improve processes, and support the successful delivery of ModernFi's solutions.This role is pivotal in ensuring ModernFi's continued growth and client satisfaction, as you will play a direct role in driving operational excellence and enhancing the client journey.The RoleResponsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge of ModernFi's product functionality, value proposition, and operational workflows.
- Partner with client-facing teams to provide detailed product guidance, answer technical questions, and assist with complex client needs.
- Create and maintain resources such as product guides, FAQs, and training materials to support internal teams.
- Work closely with product, operations, and engineering teams to resolve challenges and ensure alignment across the organization.
- Identify and implement improvements to internal workflows to enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between client-facing teams and the product team, collecting and relaying feedback to influence future product development.
- Support onboarding efforts by providing product demonstrations and operational guidance to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
- Track and analyze team performance metrics related to product adoption and provide actionable insights for improvement.
About You
- Proven experience working with complex products, with the ability to communicate technical details effectively.
- A natural at diagnosing issues and finding innovative, practical solutions.
- Skilled at working across teams, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to train, explain, and document product features and processes.
- 2-4 years in product, operations, or a related role within technology or financial services.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
