Position Summary:
Provide daily support to Sales force to acquire centrifugal pump business.
This includes technical support, costing, bid preparation, and product promotion.
Assist other departments with engineering, production, and field service.
Update the ePrism selection tool. Assist on pump school and customer trainings
Supports Sales in acquiring orders of Centrifugal products to $50M per year worldwide.
Support preparation of business cases, bulletins, success stories to promote products
Good understanding of proposals cost to estimate margins and discuss strategic winning propositions to be competitive in the market
Essential Responsibilities:Measures of Performance: Define Top Five (5) Measure of Success:
1. In-Depth detailed product knowledge for responsible product lines.
2. Ability to Conduct Customer Worthy Product Presentations
3. Ability to Independently Complete product bid proposals
4. Knowledge of Competitors product lines and how to compete against them.
5. Knowledge of Internal Processes and procedures for Order EntryFulfillment and
product costing, etc.
Position Requirements:Education: BS Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) Experience: (preferably Engineered products)
Grade P1: 1 year related experience Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience: Excellent communication skills Team player and problem solver.
