Administrative duties in support of product and market managers. Create, Track and established reports for the appropriate Product Category Manager; which may be utilized to negotiate national pricing, vendor rebate/co-op program establishment and/or enhancement. Manage day-to-day vendor relationships of a selective group(s) or category of identified products. Develop a thorough understanding of each assigned Vendor Company and key relationships within each. Assist Product Category Managers to implement confirmed/approved cross reference acquisition cost savings opportunities, post-acquisition with replenishment teams.Facilitate the review and set-up of new and existing vendors in the appropriate business systems, providing required vendor product materials to Pricing & Product, Finance/Accounts Payable, Marketing and/or Legal/Compliance groups as directed. Assist Product Category Manger to provide Marketing with various vendor contacts/materials to support designated initiative plans for print, social media and web campaigns. Follow policies, procedures, and best practices related to the procurement of goods and services utilized throughout the Aramsco supply chain. Collaborates with Product Category Managers to assist in the development and execution of new and existing vendor programs via marketing and branding of Aramsco products and services. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Working Knowledge of Eclipse Candidate must possess strong written and analytical skills to effectively present information. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is require. Experience with Eclipse ERP and other business reporting tools is a plus. Qualifications/ Skills Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression. Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts. Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others. Requires conceptual knowledge of practices and procedures within a particular area of expertise. Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for own contribution. Solves routine problems using existing procedures and standard practices. Has limited impact on own work team; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
