- 1-3 years working in hospitality, retail, or similar industries.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Tablet/PC/Smartphone proficiency.
- Meeting new customers and working to build a long-term relationship.
- Must be able to multitask between answering phones, working with employees, and assisting customers.
- Additional job responsibilities as seen necessary by the supervisor.
What We Need from You (Requirements)
- Answer incoming sales calls and handle questions with proven trained responses, including outgoing calls.
- Be active on social media posting content to build your brand.
- Greet customers, vendors, and employees as they enter the building.
- Organize and handle all aspects of vehicle presentation and deliveries.
- Check insurance, identification, and update systems.
- Follow instructions and processes using proper paperwork/digital assets.
- Assist customers in vehicle selection, test drives, trade assessments & more!
