Essential Job Functions
- Serve as the subject matter expert on compressed air systems, industry trends, and the regulatory environment
- Provide proactive technical sales support including, but not limited to, assisting with technical product and installation questions, both from internal sales team and external distributors
- Perform calculations of compressed air system efficiency based on environmental factors, types of equipment, application, frequency of use, etc.
- Assist in the analysis of air audit data; assist sales team in developing presentation of the data to present to the customer
- Develop customized life cycle cost (LCC) analyses of ELGi product lines compared to competitor product lines
- Develop and maintain competitive profiles of ELGi product lines compared to competitor offerings
- Assist Regional Sales Managers and distributors in identifying the appropriate product to meet the needs of the end user
- Remain abreast of product feature and regulatory changes; maintain content such as product line sheets in the ELGi Distributor Portal
- Collaborate with global Marketing Department to develop accurate, up-to-date marketing collateral for ELGi product lines
- Conduct on-site and virtual product trainings with Regional Sales Managers and distribution partners
- Other tasks as needed or assigned including, but not limited to, quote pricing, quote generation, and communication of lead times.

- Minimum 2-3 years' experience technical support, sales, or other relevant field in industrial equipment industry
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven ability to understand complex electromechanical systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
