Responsibilities:
* 1-3 years working in hospitality, retail, or similar industries.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Tablet/PC/Smartphone proficiency.
* Meeting new customers and working to build a long-term relationship.
* Must be able to multitask between answering phones, working with employees, and assisting customers.
* Additional job responsibilities as seen necessary by the supervisor.
What We Need from You (Requirements)
* Answer incoming sales calls and handle questions with proven trained responses, including outgoing calls.
* Be active on social media posting content to build your brand.
* Greet customers, vendors, and employees as they enter the building.
* Organize and handle all aspects of vehicle presentation and deliveries.
* Check insurance, identification, and update systems.
* Follow instructions and processes using proper paperwork/digital assets.
* Assist customers in vehicle selection, test drives, trade assessments & more!
