Eastridge is hiring a Product Supervisor for a manufacturing company. Summary of Position 1st Shift production supervisor involves hands-on / shop floor activity leading the operation of our packing lines, paint lines, assembly line, hydraulic press and roll-former operations, and robotic steel welding cells. Responsibilities:
- Aligning individual performance expectations with organizational goals
- Ensuring that performance goals are clearly communicated and current
- Providing fair, constructive, and timely feedback towards performance expectations and goals
- Providing training, guidance, and coaching support as needed
- Conducting performance evaluations according to established systems and policies
- Assist with production inspection process for all operations
- Performing routine preventative maintenance and trouble shoot equipment as needed
- Maintaining safety standards of equipment, work area and performing all duties in a safe manner.
Requirements:
- 3 yrs production supervisor experience
- 3 yrs manufacturing experience
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Proven leadership in one or more of the following areas: steel punching, roll forming, welding, dip and powder paint lines, automated and manual packing line environments.
