Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Support the facilitation of equipment training courses and working development team to update and improve current training course materials
• Analysis and Support of the product support technical help desk team
• Support of the Non-Connected Services sales and marketing team
• Marketing of connected services within the NA region through dealer communication channels Possible intern projects could include: - Creating short training videos using various software (Camtasia, Adobe) - Creating PPT slides for presentations - Basic video creation and editing - Training course module creation - Equipment familiarization and operation - Assessment of product support metrics and team projects associated with process improvements - Education on support materials utilized for supporting dealer network technical support - Coordination with internal staff of communication pieces to improve education of dealers regarding connected and non-connected services

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Pursuing a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Ag Technology, Ag Engineering, Ag Busines, Ag Sales, or related degree area

This position will pay between $18-$35/hour.
