About the role: As a Product Support Representative, you will administer necessary product requirements to maintain consistent account control of clients using FIS software products and ensure the quality and utilization of FIS software products satisfies client needs. Provide technical support and act as the liaison between the client and FIS internal teams.
What you will be doing: - Support the FIS Cleared Derivatives Suite for middle and back office trade processing within Capital Markets
- Handle customer inquiries involving missing transactions, job failures, access issues, requests for new functionality and more
- Provide in-depth product support and resolve concerns raised during installation, operation, and maintenance of FIS applications
- Troubleshoot problems with equipment or software applications and recommend corrective action.
- Identify and document how applications and systems interact to support business processes
- Other related duties assigned as needed
- Rotating shift between the hours 9:00am-8:00pm EST with weekend support as needed
- This hybrid position is located in our Jacksonville, FL office
What you will need: - Prior customer service or product support experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
Added bonus if you have: - SQL or Linux experience
- Knowledge of trade life cycle
- Knowledge in programming, business analysis or implementation of software products
