If you want to grow personally and professionally, we'd like to know: Are you FIS?About the role:This position works with top investment banks, Brokers to design technical and functional solutions and implement products in the Post Trade domain, enable client changes, enable professional services solutions; provide presentations around solutions; support estimations, respond to RFI's and RFP's around the services provided, while working with sales.What you will be doing: Handle customer inquiries and resolving support issues such as address changes, processing orders, warranty, or billing and payment. Provide in-depth product support and researching client issues. Troubleshoot problems with equipment or software applications and recommend corrective action. Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development. Organized approach - manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirementsWhat you will need: Overall, 4+ yrs. experience. Hands on knowledge of JAVA, UNIX, Shell scripting, Oracle, SQL and PL/SQL. Familiar with Docker, Kafka, WebSphere MQ and Couchbase Excellent communicator - ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global teamAdded bonus if you have: Have experience in Financial or Capital Market or Fin Tech Have functional knowledge in listed derivatives trade clearing domain - trade life cycle, different trade types, clearing houses, clearing scenarios.
