Masis Professional Group is assisting our client in searching for a Product Support Representative (technical) in Sanford Maine to provide internal and external customers with assembly, electrical and mechanical product support and assistance. Position is temp-to-perm, 100% onsite.
Salary: $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with product end users, field techs and others to diagnose and/or troubleshoot products
- Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner.
- Reply to incoming calls, voicemails emails, and correspondence submitted through the company website in a timely and professional manner.
- Log warranty calls, call data and other pertinent information into our call management system.
- Coordinate with other internal company groups (Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, etc.) to get the customer's answers as required.
- Provide Test Reports, Test Data, manuals, drawings, and other pertinent information as requested.
- Write and/or offer input for Infield Installation Instructions, as required.
- Enter parts orders as required.
- Some travel for field work may be required. (
