- High school diploma or GED, Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred.
- Ability to read and understand product manuals and guides.
- 3-5 years prior product / customer support experience.
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical curiosity.
- Ability to understand the product manufacturing process.
- Highly organized.
