Were looking for an experienced Product Support Specialist with a great eye for details and a huge passion for technology to join our growing Customer Success team in NYC. As our inbound Product Support Specialist you will be working together with the CS team and R&D team on executing a well-designed on-boarding experience and on-going support. * Manual testing of DataRails product
* Handle cases until resolution for assigned customer accounts with hands-on approach
* Demonstrate ownership over cases, tickets, championing customer feature requests and case resolution
* Create and run tests and use case scenarios to ensure the quality of the system and its internal/external interfaces
* Work with Customer Success teams to support the onboarding process, knowledge transfer, and the system setup, collaborate with the development teams
* Update and maintain our bug tracking system
* 1-3+ years of experience in roles such as QA/support/IT/application engineer etc.
* Proficient with test documentation (STD and STP)
* Experienced with managing bug life cycle, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
* Understanding of the entire software development life cycle
* Technical Writing skills
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
