Job Summary
* Conduct training sessions in accordance with performance standards
* Responsible for product training and performance support within assigned GM dealerships
* Develop and manage schedule to support dealer needs while working with regional personnel on direction and priorities
* Conduct special training assignments and facilitate large group meetings as required
* Conduct launch training events as required
* Conduct on-going product study and competitive reviews
* Submit schedules, rosters, activity reports and expense reports according to performance standards
Qualifications
* 3-5 years automotive related or automotive retail experience or commensurate experience
* In-depth knowledge of vehicle technology, light duty truck fundamentals, trailering and infotainment systems
* Strong communication skills
* Strong facilitation, presentation and coaching skills
* Organizational skills
* Computer skills/literacy and proficiency with PowerPoint
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
